We use secure, encrypted channels (SFTP, secure cloud storage) for all file transfers. We do not use your images to train AI models, nor do we claim any ownership over them. Images are processed solely to deliver the agreed-upon service.
6. International Data Transfers
FCP Postproduction operates offices in Lithuania (EU) and Bangladesh. When your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to our production office in Bangladesh, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.
We implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring your data is protected to EU standards regardless of the geographical location of our processing teams.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Source images and deliverables are securely deleted from our active servers 30 days after project delivery, unless explicitly requested otherwise or retained for backup purposes for a maximum of 90 days.
