Every new client relationship at FCP begins with a complimentary pilot batch — no commitment, no invoice. You share a representative set of images (typically 10 to 20 files), we retouch them to your brand specifications, and you evaluate the result. If the quality meets your standard, we move to production. If it doesn't, you owe us nothing. We believe quality should be demonstrated, not promised.
We work with all standard image formats: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PSD, PSB, WEBP, and RAW files (including CR2, CR3, ARW, NEF, DNG). Source files can be layered or flat. We handle both high-resolution studio files and compressed web-ready formats. If your pipeline uses a specific file structure or naming convention, we adapt to it — not the other way around.
We work with whatever delivery method fits your existing workflow. Files can be exchanged via FTP / SFTP, WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, Lets'Flo, Creative Force or direct integration with your DAM system (including Bynder, Canto, Cloudinary, and others). For recurring clients, we set up a dedicated transfer environment so every delivery runs automatically and securely — no manual steps, no broken links.
Yes — selectively and transparently. We use AI-assisted tools built into the Adobe ecosystem (such as Photoshop's Generative Fill, Remove Background, and Neural Filters) to accelerate routine tasks and improve consistency. What we do not do is use AI to generate images, create synthetic backgrounds, or replace skilled human judgement. Every file that leaves our studio has been reviewed, refined, and approved by a trained retoucher. AI helps us work faster. Our people ensure it works correctly.
